Current vacancies
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Lead
To develop and deliver UK and global policy work and advocacy strategies that challenge injustice in international trade and supply chains.
Transform Trade identifies, supports and invests in farmer associations, worker collectives, social enterprises and civil society organisations that are challenging the negative impacts of mainstream trade and developing alter-native business models that put people and planet first.
Thematic portfolios guide our work and by putting #shiftthepower at the heart of our model, we root our work in the specific contexts in which we work through supporting and strengthening a local/national eco-system of businesses and partners. We have three portfolio areas: Garments and footwear, small-scale agriculture and tea.
At Transform Trade, every member of staff is required to support our efforts to build our reputation, fundraise where they can and advocate on issues we campaign on.
Everyone is an ambassador; everyone is an advocate; everyone is a fundraiser
We are committed to equality and providing a diverse and inclusive workplace. We particularly welcome applications from those who are significantly underrepresented in our sector, including disabled people and individuals from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities.
